- London Book Fair 2022 -

I’d like to introduce you to our traveling Gnomes, Bitsy and Blink! They will be accompanying our novel ‘Whispers from Kith and Kin- Gettysburg Part One’ to the London Book Fair 5 - 7 April 2022 at Hammersmith Rd, Olympia London.

Since ‘Part One’ left home he had a brief stop in New York where he met up with the two of them. He reports that he feels much safer now that he is in the hands of these two professionals.

As you can see Bitsy and Blink have started reading chapter 1 page 15 of ‘Part One’: The meeting at the Rock Wall Lostwithiel, Cornwall UK 1837

Real English Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

3 eggs room temperature

1 cup white flour

½ tsp. salt

¾ cup whole milk

¼ cup cold water

Directions

Stir all ingredients together (do not beat). Mixture will be somewhat lumpy. Let stand several hours at room temperature, stirring lightly occasionally. Put small amount of lard to coat muffin pan and heat in oven until pan is hot. Pour batter evenly into a 12 portion muffin pan. Bake at 450 deg. for 30 minutes or until puffed and brown. Tip: Do not have any other item in oven while baking the Yorkshires.
